  • Payment information, processed securely through Shopify Payments, we do not see or store your full card details ourselves
  • Order details, including which design you chose and any custom text, message, or URL you submit to be programmed onto your card
  • Any messages you send us through email, Instagram, or TikTok

Information collected automatically:

  • Device and browser information (browser type, IP address, general location)
  • Pages visited, time spent on our site, and how you arrived here, collected through standard cookies and analytics tools
  • Cart and checkout activity, including abandoned carts

We do not knowingly collect more information than we need to run this store well and serve you properly.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Process, prepare, and ship your order, including programming your card with the exact content you provide
  • Send order confirmations, payment links, shipping updates, and respond to questions

A note on custom content: whatever text, message, or URL you submit for your card is used solely to program your NFC chip correctly. We don't repurpose, publish, or share this content for any other reason.

We never sell your personal information. We share it only where necessary to actually run the business:

  • Shopify, our e-commerce platform, which hosts our store and processes orders. Shopify's own privacy practices apply to data they handle on our behalf.
  • Shopify Payments, for secure payment processing.
  • Shipping carriers (Canada Post, Chit Chats, or similar), who receive your name and address solely to deliver your order.
  • Easify, our product customization app, which processes the custom text or design details you submit at checkout.

Each of these providers is only given the information they need to do their specific job, nothing more.

5. Cookies

Our store uses cookies to keep your cart working properly, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use our site. You can disable cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as smoothly if you do.

6. How Long We Keep Your Information

We retain order and customer information for as long as needed to fulfill orders, meet our legal and tax record-keeping obligations, and resolve any disputes. If you'd like your information deleted sooner and we're not legally required to keep it, contact us and we'll take care of it.
